From the grammar and spelling I figured that it was from an older person posing as a teen. He was copying the style of teen text messagers who have no regard for correct spelling or format but he didn't do well with his copying effort.

by Dogpatch ini get emails like this all the time.
some jw gets upset at the stuff on my site, and wanting to add more weight/shock value to what they say, they either mention in passing that they are "not one of jehovah's witnesses" or are a child.
this one claims to be a 13-yr old girl!

Did You Know or Know Of "Gay" or Bisexual JWs???
by minimus inrecently, a former witness expressed his opinion to me that he knew more than a few witnesses that were gay.personally, i know of a bisexual ex-elder who was unhappily married for a few years.
now he's "out", pardon the pun, of the organization.
i know of a newly appointed ms who is married to a sister but most people suspect he is gay.

A friend told me about her husband friends. Aparently all of his friends when they were younger were all doing each other. My friend's husband found out about it a few years later, as he was not invloved. I said "what, that's crazy" she said "its ok now because the all have wives". Yeah sure, sounds like a real healthy situation.

Beautiful Women and Dorks
by Save My Soul inlooking back at a few bethel threads and getting calls from many former friends last week about the assembly season, i reflected back on some of the assemblies of the past, particularly in the 80's and 90's.. do you remember beautiful sisters that just had the criteria of having a spiritual man.
they would get a dorky pioneer / elder / ms and walk together at the assembly.
everyone would wonder, "how the hel did that happen".

Beautiful women and dorky guys doesn't bother me. As long as the guy has something going for him; smart, caring, fun, money. The pathetic thing is "spirtiual gold-diggers". Girls who are only looking for a man based on his Watchtower resume and congregation title with little regard for anything else, just marrying a guy to be Mrs. Elder's Wife or Mrs. Pioneer Couple. In the WTS a woman means nothing more than the man she marries.

What was your WORST Field Service encounter???

Amazingly I never had any trouble in feild service. What I cannot understand to this day is how can anyone not think it is a bad idea for a group of cute 18-14 year old girls walk up to strangers homes? Men hardly ever went out. It was mostly young girls. I guess alot of people think they have divine protection but I never bought it. I didn't want to be the only one without faith though. What would happen if someone was seriously injured or kidnapped or killed while in FS? Is there any liability for the WTBS?

Is throwing away scholarship $$s still...
by Trippin2962 inwildly applauded at assemblies these days?.
i haven't been to an assembly in years and wondered if this is still the case.
i remember sitting and hearing a young person state that they declined a scholarship or university education to pursue "spiritual goals" and everyone would burst into applause.

Small dog Owners, best breed?
by restrangled inmy mom is slowly losing her old cat and her heart is breaking.
she would like to adopt a small dog.

I have a five-pound dog of some sort. I don't know what breed she is but I think there is some chihuahua in there along with poodle, yorkie and who knows what else. She's pretty much a brat but she's so damn cute. I guess certain breeds have specific traits but you never know what type of personality you're going to get. And the good thing about Yorkies and Poodles is they shed less than other dogs but they do need professional grooming as Yorkies typically hate being groomed.
